1. Our role: facilitation, not healthcare

Dental Journey Albania is a patient facilitation service based in Tirana, Albania. We arrange appointments, coordinate communication between you and the clinic, assist with travel logistics, and remain your single point of contact throughout.

The dental treatment itself is provided solely by the licensed dentists of our ISO 9001-certified partner clinic in Tirana, a regulated healthcare provider registered in Albania. The treatment contract is concluded directly between you and the clinic. Dental Journey Albania is not a healthcare provider and is not a party to the treatment contract.

In line with our facilitator status, we confirm that the treating clinic is a regulated healthcare provider registered in Albania, and we provide its contact details to every traveller before booking.

2. No medical advice on this website

All content on this website, including treatment descriptions, timelines and indicative savings, is general information for orientation. It does not constitute medical advice and does not create a dentist-patient relationship. Your individual suitability, treatment plan and clinical outcome can only be assessed by the treating dentist after reviewing your photos, X-rays and medical history.

3. Quotes and booking

You receive a fixed, written quote after a dentist reviews your photos or X-ray. A booking is concluded only upon the clinic's written confirmation of your treatment plan and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit. The prices in your written plan are set by the clinic and do not change during your treatment, except where you and the clinic agree additional treatment in writing.

4. Travel and accommodation

At your request, we coordinate travel logistics and assist with booking flights, accommodation and transfers. These are provided by independent third-party carriers and hotels, and their own terms and conditions apply to their services. We coordinate these arrangements for you, but we are not the carrier, the hotelier, or a party to those contracts.

5. Liability

We prepare the content of this website with care, but we cannot warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Our liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

Responsibility for medical outcomes lies with the treating clinic under the written treatment guarantee issued with your plan. Individual results always vary depending on your clinical situation, oral hygiene and aftercare.

6. Results and images

Photographs on this website show real treated patients and are published with their consent. They are illustrative examples of typical outcomes, not promises of results. Your result depends on your clinical situation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography and design, is the property of Dental Journey Albania and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Albanian law. For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Tirana, Albania, where legally permissible. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your enquiry applies.
